We collect as little as possible, use no tracking cookies and never share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who we are

What we collect and why
- Contact form and callback request: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We only use them to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent and preparing a possible assignment.
- Where your visit came from: if you arrive through a link with campaign details or from another website, your browser remembers this temporarily (until you close the tab). It is only sent along when you submit a form yourself, so we know which channel works.
- Booking a meeting: if you choose to book a meeting in the pop-up, a Google Calendar booking page loads. What you enter there is processed by Google and by us to schedule the meeting. Google's privacy terms also apply.
Measuring visits, without cookies
We count visits using our own server logs: which page, when, and from which website. IP addresses are anonymised in the statistics. We place no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep data
- Requests through the forms: no longer than 6 months, unless they lead to an assignment. Statutory retention periods for accounting then apply.
- Server logs: no longer than 90 days.
Who processes data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of the website and the forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: email (Google Workspace) and the booking page (Google Calendar). Google may process data outside the EU, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on a firewalled server. Forms are processed separately from the website, and only Bart Boelens and Maickel van Haren can see requests.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent. Email notAi@ai-bros.nl; we reply within one month. If you disagree with us, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
